ScorpioHost Customers are advised to follow the Laws & Regulations as laid down by the Country of Hosting. Customers shall be responsible for determining what laws or regulations are applicable to their use of our services.

Allowed Contents in Offshore Servers :
Linking to files on other servers is allowed but storage of illegal files termed as Warez in the server is strictly prohibited.
Rapidleech is Allowed but only in specific servers (There are different Plans for RL)

Allowed Contents in USA Servers :
Legal Stuff Only.
Private Proxies.
Legal Adult.

Prohibited Contents in All Servers :
Warez Files Hosting.
Torrents.
High Resource Eating Scripts.
Any kind of Child Pornography.

Anonymity / Privacy

ScorpioHost will never giveaway any kind of information regarding its Customers. If we do face any Notices, it will be forwarded to the Client and it will be upto him/ her to take steps to remove it. But we reserve the right to remove anything particular if we feel it is against our TOS.

Server Resource Usage

By signing up with our Hosting Service, you agree not to overuse our Server Resources. You should understand that you are on a Shared Environment & all resources are evenly distributed among Customers. We tolerate a Maximum Resource Usage upto 50%. If overusage occurs we will suspend the account temporarily & inform the Customer to modify his/her website as required. After acknowledgement of the customer, Services will be resumed.

Files & Database Backups

Though we take daily backups its our advice to our valued customers that they should backup their databases to their PC or any Remote Ftp once everyday. Therefore, ScorpioHost is not responsible for any and all files and data residing on your account on our servers.

Refund Policy

Shared Hosting & VPS Hosting - We provide 7 days full money-back guarantee without questions. But in some cases, if the client is found to have misused this policy, refunds might not be provided.

Rapidleech Hosting - Specifically for Rapidleech Hosting we have 2 days full money-back guarantee (i.e, 2 days from the date of purchase)

No refunds will be provided after 7-days of initial payment. The related service will be terminated automatically as soon as the refund is sent. Blackmailing us in forums or Opening up Disputes is considered as a Violation to our TOS and can lead you to an additional fine upto 25 USD for Violation & Disrespecting our Terms & Conditions. Refund Policies will be followed strictly by us and your refunds will be provided within a few hours if applied within the stipulated period as mentioned above.

Cancellation for lack of payment

If any account has unpaid invoices related to a particular service which are more than 29 days outstanding, the related product/service is terminated automatically on the 30th day. Note that the product/service is suspended on non-payment after 3 days from due date.

Spam / Email Policy

We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and "double Opt-in" will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated without notice. ScorpioHost reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with this policy, at its sole discretion. ScorpioHost also reserves the right to make any such modifications in an emergency at our sole discretion. Bulk Email / Mass Email scripts of any type are not permitted on any ScorpioHost server. The send mail rate on all ScorpioHost servers is capped at 200 emails per hour per account, any more than this will be bounced back to the sender. If you require more than this, please open a support ticket stating the reason why the 200 limit should be raised on your account and the EXACT source of your mailing list.

Other Policies

ScorpioHost strictly follows a zero tolerance policy on Hacking, Phishing and Spamming related activities. Any accounts found to be involved in such activities will have their accounts terminated without notice and without any refund.

ScorpioHost is in no way directly involved in any content hosted in our Servers or any Servers in our Network. Therefore ScorpioHost will not be held liable for any disputes or claims arising from the use or performance of the ScorpioHost Main Website or from any information, services or products provided through the websites of its Customers.
